4 cans of tuna in olive oil6 sheets of fresh lasagna pasta1 onionHomemade tomato sauce, as neededChopped parsley (to taste)Bechamel sauce, as neededGrated mozzarella cheese (to taste)Salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste)Olive oil, as needed

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Chop the onion and sauté it with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the drained tuna, mix well, and let it cook for a while.
- Add homemade tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, and add the chopped parsley.
To assemble the lasagna, spread a bit of bechamel sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Cover with a sheet of fresh lasagna pasta, spread the tuna filling on top, and cover with a bit of bechamel sauce.
- Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients.
- Finish with a layer of lasagna pasta and cover with bechamel sauce.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for about 30 minutes.
