Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Chop the onion and sauté it with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Add the drained tuna, mix well, and let it cook for a while.
  4. Add homemade tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, and add the chopped parsley.

To assemble the lasagna, spread a bit of bechamel sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.

  1. Cover with a sheet of fresh lasagna pasta, spread the tuna filling on top, and cover with a bit of bechamel sauce.
  2. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients.
  3. Finish with a layer of lasagna pasta and cover with bechamel sauce.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for about 30 minutes.
