400g of green beans3 eggs160g of all-purpose flour1 tablespoon of olive oil1 teaspoon of baking powder100ml of beerJuice of half a lemonSalt to tastePepper to tasteOil for frying

Preparation
- With a knife, trim the ends of the green beans and cut them in half vertically (if the pods are very long, cut them in half).
- In a pot of boiling water, season with salt and cook the green beans for 4 minutes.
- After 4 minutes, drain the green beans and let them cool.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the beer and lemon juice.
- Beat and add the eggs one by one.
- Once well beaten, let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Dip each green bean in the batter and fry in hot oil.
- Once golden brown, remove them to a plate lined with paper towels.
