100 grams of flour (3/4 cup)100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)3 tablespoons of honey4 eggs

Preparation
- Place the eggs in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) and add the sugar and honey.
- Beat with a mixer for about 10 minutes, until you get a white and fluffy mixture.
- Gradually sift in the flour three times, folding it in with circular motions, from top to bottom, using a spatula.
- Grease and flour a baking pan and pour the prepared mixture into it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (about 350°F) for approximately 30 minutes.
