4 carrots (raw, peeled, and sliced)3 eggs2 cups of sugar3 cups of flour1 cup of oil1 teaspoon of baking powder

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
- In a blender, place the carrots, eggs, and oil and blend everything well.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the sugar, and mix well with a whisk.
- Add the flour and baking powder and beat everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- Perform the toothpick test, once it comes out clean, remove the cake from the oven.
- Let it cool slightly and then unmold.
