- Pour a drizzle of olive oil in the bottom of a pot and add a bay leaf.
- Next, add 6 finely chopped garlic cloves.
- Add the paprika.
- When the garlic is golden, add the two chicken breasts, cut into evenly sized cubes.
- Add one cube of vegetable bouillon.
- Season the chicken with pepper, piri-piri, lemon juice and salt.
- Fry the chicken.
- Add a bit of white wine and let the chicken finish cooking with the pot covered.
- Reduce the heat slightly.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
