2 chicken breasts6 cloves of garlic1 bay leaf1 tsp paprika1 cube of vegetable bouillonPepper to tastePiri-piri (hot sauce) to tasteJuice of 1/2 lemonWhite wine as neededSalt to tasteFresh parsley to taste

Preparation

  1. Pour a drizzle of olive oil in the bottom of a pot and add a bay leaf.
  2. Next, add 6 finely chopped garlic cloves.
  3. Add the paprika.
  4. When the garlic is golden, add the two chicken breasts, cut into evenly sized cubes.
  5. Add one cube of vegetable bouillon.
  6. Season the chicken with pepper, piri-piri, lemon juice and salt.
  7. Fry the chicken.
  8. Add a bit of white wine and let the chicken finish cooking with the pot covered.
  9. Reduce the heat slightly.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
