1 round bread (about 400g)200g grated cheese (Mozzarella, Emmental, or São Jorge cheese)70g diced ham200ml cream (I used low-fat)Salt to tasteGround white pepper to tasteDried oregano to tasteOlive oil to taste

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C or 400°F.
- Cut off the top of the bread.
- Carefully remove the interior and cut into cubes.
- Mix the cream with the grated cheese, diced ham, and season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
- Fill the bread with the mixture and sprinkle with more dried oregano.
- Cover the bread with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
- Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
- Halfway through, drizzle with a little olive oil and add the bread cubes around the baking tray to toast.
