Ingredients
4 pieces of anglerfish (approximately 600 g)1 onion2 garlic cloves1 bay leaf70 ml of olive oil3 ripe tomatoes1/4 red bell pepper300 g of Arborio rice950 ml of fish broth (from cooking the fish)200 g of shrimpSalt and black pepper to taste1 bunch of coriander

Preparation
- Season the anglerfish with a little salt and cook in a pot of water.
- Once cooked, remove the skin and bones from the fish and reserve the broth.
- In a separate pot, sauté the chopped onion and garlic cloves with olive oil and bay leaf over medium heat.
- Cook until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the diced red bell pepper and tomatoes, peeled and deseeded, to the pot.
- Sauté for a few more minutes.
- Pour in the fish broth.
- Once it starts boiling, add the Arborio rice.
- When the rice is almost cooked, add the anglerfish and shrimp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the rice garnished with freshly chopped coriander.
