25.4 fl oz (1 bottle) white wine8.5 fl oz orange juice8.5 fl oz lemon soda (like 7Up or Sprite)1 lemon1 apple1 orange1 Sprig of mint1 cinnamon stick1 pearBrown Sugar (to taste)Ice (to taste)

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Place the orange juice and lemon soda in the fridge.
  2. Cut the fruits into small cubes.
  3. Place everything into a large pitcher, followed by the mint, the cinnamon stick, and a tablespoon of brown sugar (not orange juice and soda).
  4. Pour the wine over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Let it sit in the fridge to develop flavors for at least 30 minutes.
  6. When ready to serve, add the orange juice, lemon soda, and some ice.

Tip: You want the sangria to be super fresh, so choose a light and fruity white wine.
