Ingredients

24 medium-sized shrimp, peeled6 cloves of garlic, chopped1 chili pepper, choppedOlive oil (as needed)Butter (as needed)White wine (as needed)Salt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)Chopped parsley (to taste) Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Place a drizzle of olive oil (about 1-2 tablespoons) in a skillet and add a small amount of butter (about 1-2 tablespoons).
  2. Add the chopped garlic and chili pepper to the skillet and let them fry for a bit.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet.
  4. Season with a bit of white wine (about 1/2 cup), salt, and pepper.
  5. Let it cook until the shrimp are done and the flavors meld together.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with the parsley, and serve immediately.
