- Place a drizzle of olive oil (about 1-2 tablespoons) in a skillet and add a small amount of butter (about 1-2 tablespoons).
- Add the chopped garlic and chili pepper to the skillet and let them fry for a bit.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet.
- Season with a bit of white wine (about 1/2 cup), salt, and pepper.
- Let it cook until the shrimp are done and the flavors meld together.
- Remove from heat, garnish with the parsley, and serve immediately.
