Preparation

  1. Place the cleaned chicken pieces in a baking dish.
  2. In a separate container, blend the remaining ingredients using an immersion blender or similar.
  3. Pour the prepared mixture over the chicken.
  4. Bake at 180°C or 350°F for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with potatoes.
