Cake:2 cups all-purpose flour2 cups granulated sugar3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder2 teaspoons baking powder1 ½ teaspoons baking soda1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon espresso powder1 cup milk1/2 cup vegetable oil2 large eggs2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 cup boiling waterFrosting:1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed chocolate milk2 large eggs1/3 cup (3.4 oz) milk1 teaspoon cornstarch

Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix well with a mixer on medium speed.
- Reduce the speed and carefully add the boiling water and beat on high speed for about 1 minute.
- Divide the batter evenly between two cake pans and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Once baked, let the cakes cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the pans to cool completely.
- Frosting:
- Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
- Allow the filling and frosting to cool completely.
- Place the first cake layer on a serving plate and spread a generous layer of frosting.
- Place the second cake layer on top and frost the entire cake.
