4 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (600 g)1/2 cup warm olive oil (125 ml)1/2 cup sugar (125 g)4 large eggs1 tablespoon baking powder5 tablespoons brandyZest of one large lemon

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
- Add the warm olive oil, brandy, and lemon zest, and mix well.
- Add half of the flour to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
- Mix the baking powder with the remaining flour and add it to the dough, incorporating it well.
- Lightly grease your hands with a few drops of olive oil and shape the dough into small rings, overlapping the ends.
- Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about 15 to 20 minutes.
