Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Beat 2 whole eggs and 2 yolks with the sugar and cinnamon.
- Add the olive oil, continue beating, and gradually add the flour while beating continuously.
- Dust your hands with flour and roll the dough into small ropes.
- Shape them into fat "S" shapes (not flattened).
- Place the biscuits on a baking tray, lightly greased and dusted with flour.
- Brush them with beaten egg whites and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
Note: If you wish to store the biscuits, let them cool completely before placing them in an airtight container.
