4 eggs5.8 oz (165 g) natural yogurt1/2 cup (130 ml) oil1 1/4 cups (265 g) sugar2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour (without leavening agents)1 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder (heaping)Zest of 1/2 lemon

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- In a bowl, mix the yolks, sugar, oil, lemon zest, and yogurt.
- Beat until the ingredients are well combined.
- Add the flour and baking powder, then gently fold in the whipped egg whites.
- Divide the batter into two parts, adding vanilla to one half and cocoa to the other.
- Alternate spoonfuls of each batter in a greased pan until finished.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
