1 liter Champagne (about 33.8 fl oz)100 ml pineapple juice (about 3.4 fl oz)80 ml white vodka (about 2.7 fl oz)80 g sugar (about 1/2 cup)2 peaches1/4 yellow melon1 orange1 lemon1 lime2 cinnamon sticks5 clovesMint to taste

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

Cut the peaches and melon into pieces.

Let them marinate with the sliced citrus fruits (orange, lemon, and lime) in a mixture of alcohol (vodka), sugar, and cinnamon sticks, cloves, mint, and pineapple juice for at least 6 hours.

This allows the flavors to blend perfectly.

Refrigerate in the pitcher you'll use to serve it.

Before serving, add the chilled Champagne.

Serve and enjoy!
