1 orange (juice and zest)1 egg4 tablespoons of sugar1/4 cup (60 ml) sunflower oil1 cup (140 g) all-purpose flour1 1/2 teaspoons (8 g) baking powderOrange jam to taste (as needed)Shredded coconut to taste (as needed)

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the jelly/jam and shredded coconut.
- Pour the mixture into cupcake pan molds and bake for 15 to 20 minutes (check for doneness using the toothpick test).
- Once baked, remove from molds, brush with the jam, and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
Note: The baking time will depend on the amount of batter you put in the molds.
