Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into paper cupcake liners.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar.
