2 dozen medium shrimp, peeled6 cloves of garlic, slicedOlive oil (enough to drizzle)Butter (about 3-4 tablespoons)White wine (around 6 tablespoons)Salt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)Chopped coriander (to taste)

Preparation
- Drizzle some olive oil in a skillet and add about 3 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the sliced garlic and fry it lightly.
- Add the shrimp, season with the white wine, salt, and pepper.
- Let it cook until the shrimp are done and the flavors combine.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped coriander before serving.
