Preparation

  1. Drizzle some olive oil in a skillet and add about 3 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add the sliced garlic and fry it lightly.
  3. Add the shrimp, season with the white wine, salt, and pepper.
  4. Let it cook until the shrimp are done and the flavors combine.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped coriander before serving.
