Preparation
- Place all the vegetables (potatoes, carrots, zucchinis, onions, garlic) in a pot with water and cook until they are soft.
- Add the butter beans and blend everything with an immersion blender until it becomes creamy.
- Bring the mixture back to a low simmer, add the spinach and small pasta, and cook until the pasta is done.
