Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a bowl and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic, then add it to the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the smoked paprika and dried parsley over the chicken. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and add the lemon juice.
  5. Mix everything well to ensure the chicken is coated evenly with the marinade.
  6. Massage the pieces thoroughly to help the flavors infuse the meat.
  7. Arrange the drumsticks on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until fully cooked and crispy.
  8. If needed, switch on the oven grill for the last 5 minutes to achieve extra crispiness.
