Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar (300 g)1 cup all-purpose flour (125 g)Zest of 1 lemon5 tbsp butter, melted (75 g)2 cups milk (500 ml)3 eggs

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheated the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix all the ingredients very well in a blender or by hand (the mixture will be quite liquid, but that's normal).
  3. Grease and flour tart baking molds (if using silicone molds, just lightly flour).
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until they are set and golden.
  5. Let cool slightly before removing from molds.
