1 1/2 cups sugar (300 g)1 cup all-purpose flour (125 g)Zest of 1 lemon5 tbsp butter, melted (75 g)2 cups milk (500 ml)3 eggs

Preparation
- Preheated the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix all the ingredients very well in a blender or by hand (the mixture will be quite liquid, but that's normal).
- Grease and flour tart baking molds (if using silicone molds, just lightly flour).
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until they are set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before removing from molds.
