1 kg pork loin1 kg potatoes1 pineapple8 onions8 cloves garlic100 ml white wineOlive oil40 g of margarine1 tablespoon mustard2 tablespoons honeydried rosemarypaprikaSalt and pepper

Preparation
- Clean the pork loin and rub it with a paste prepared with salt, garlic cloves (peeled and crushed), mustard and margarine.
- Place the pork loin on a baking tray, drizzle with white wine and sprinkle with rosemary, if you can, marinade for a few hours or overnight.
- Place the seasoned potatoes and onions with paprika and pepper, around the pork loin.
- Drizzle everything with a little olive oil and spread the honey over the meat.
- Bake in a moderate oven until the meat is tender (about 1 hour).
- Cut meat in slices.
- Peel the pineapple and cut into thin slices.
- Place the pineapple slices between the meat slices.
- Bake for another 10 min.
- Serve with the remaining pineapple and potatoes.
