1 1/2 kg of pork ribs (cut in pieces)Salt (to taste)Black pepper (to taste)3 cloves garlic (minced)3 tablespoons lemon juiceFrying oil

Preparation
- Mix the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Place the ribs in a bowl, add the seasoning, mix well and let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Drain the ribs, place in a large saucepan with oil and cook over medium heat to fry for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove, drain and serve hot, accompanied with slices of lemon.
