1 lb of ripened prunesJuice from 2 oranges10 mint leaves1 tablespoon of honey6 to 8 ice cubes

- Clean the prunes by removing the skins and core.
- Place the pulp in a glass pitcher.
- Mix the prune pulp, the juice of the oranges, the mint and honey and stir well.
- Pour into glasses and serve with ice.
