Ingredients

1 kg of medium sized shrimp1 red onion peeledSalt (to taste)1 chili pepper
1 kg of medium sized shrimp1 red onion peeledSalt (to taste)1 chili pepper
Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Place the shrimp in a pan and cover with water. Add the salt, onion peel and chili pepper, once it boils, remove from the heat and drain.
  2. Place the shrimp in serving pan, cover with a kitchen towel and place in the freezer for about 25 minutes.
  3. Remove from freezer and put it in the refrigerator until serving time.
