2 lbs ground beef2 lbs ground chourico sausage2 large green peppers, chopped2 large onions, chopped1 (8)oz. can tomato sauce1 (15)oz. can diced tomatoes, juice and all1 tablespoon tomato paste mixed in ½ cup of water2 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon crushed red hot pepper flakes1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional, or can add less to lower the heat)2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon ground black pepper

- Brown ground beef and drain to remove grease.
- Add beef and all other ingredients to crockpot, mix well.
- Cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
