Ingredients

6 cloves of garlic1 whole mild red pepper, coarsely choppedVinegar to taste1 tablespoon of hot red ground pepper sauce (pimenta moida)4 tablespoons of cooking oilChopped Parsley (to taste)

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Put oil in a frying pan and add the sliced cloves of garlic and the chopped red pepper.
  2. Saute for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the hot red ground pepper sauce and saute for another minute.
  4. Add the vinegar and finely chopped parsley to taste and mix well.
  5. Serve with fried fish.
