Portuguese Simple Pizza
This pizza is easy to make, and although it's healthy, it is still very delicious.

Ingredients
Dough:1 cup of milk1 egg1 teaspoon of salt1 teaspoon of sugar1 tablespoon of margarine1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour1 tablespoon of baking powder1/2 can of tomato sauceToppings:250 gr of thick grated mozzarella2 sliced tomatoesChopped olivesOregano to taste

Preparation
- In the blender beat the milk, egg, salt, sugar, margarine, the wheat flour and baking powder until everything is well mixed.
- Place the dough on a baking tray for pizza, greased with margarine and take to a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 350 F.
- Remove from the oven and pour the tomato sauce, add the grated mozzarella, tomato and oregano to taste and
- place it back in the oven until the mozzarella melts.
- Enjoy!
