Ingredients

½ a filet of salmon already cooked3 eggs ½ of a onion 1/3 cup of olive oil Chopped coriander Salt (to taste)Black pepper (to taste)

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

In a frying pan sauté the onion in olive oil until it is translucent. 

Add the salmon broken into small pieces and cook. 

Beat the eggs well, season with salt and pepper and beat some more. 

Add the eggs to the pan and cover with lid until the eggs rise over medium low heat. 

Turn off the heat, place it on a plate and garnish with coriander.

Enjoy!
