1 and 1/4 cups of sugar 3 eggs 1/2 cup of flour 1 cup of grated coconut 3/4 cup of heavy cream

- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Beat the sugar with the eggs, then add the flour, coconut and the cream and beat some more.
- Bake the tarts in paper cups for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
