Ingredients

1 can of pineapple6 tablespoons of flour4 tablespoons of sugar4 tablespoons of milk2 tablespoons of oil1 teaspoons of baking powder2 eggs

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

1. Mix the eggs, sugar, milk and oil, then add the flour with the baking powder. Mix well until all the lumps are dissolved.

2. Spread the dough evenly (which is very soft) in a greased pie pan.

3. Arrange the cut pineapple on top and in a circle.

4. ​​​​​Place the tart in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 355 F.
