Ingredients

2 cups of condensed milk1 and 3/4 cups of milk5 tablespoons of cornstarch3 tablespoons of sugarLiquid caramel (to taste)Vanilla (to taste)

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the condensed milk, cornstarch, milk, sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
  2. Spread the caramel over the pudding mold/form than place the preparation there.
  3. Cover the mold/form with a lid or use aluminum foil and bake in a water bath for about 1 hour at 180C / 350F.
  4. Let it cool slightly and unmold.
