Ingredients

2 turkey legs with a few cuts1 large onion, sliced4 cloves of garlic, minced3 bay leaves2 stems of fresh rosemary5 potatoes, cut into cubes3 carrots, cut into small pieces1/2 glass of white wine

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. At the bottom of a baking dish add half of the sliced onion and 2 cloves of garlic (minced).
  2. Place the meat on top, next add the potatoes, the rest of the chopped onion and minced garlic, the bay leaves and the rosemary in small branches.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, add the wine and the olive oil and roast in the oven for about 1 hour at 180°C or 350°F or until the meat is roasted and the vegetables are cooked.
