Ingredients

3/4 cup of natural yogurt2 1/4 cups of flour1 1/2 cups of sugar6 tablespoons of oil1 teaspoon of cinnamon1 teaspoon of baking powder4 eggs2 grated apples

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Beat all the ingredients except the apple until it starts to form bubbles.
  2. Add the grated apple and mix with a spoon.
  3. Bake in a cake form sprinkled with flour at 180ºC or 350ºF for about 35 minutes.
  4. Do the toothpick test to make sure it's done.
