8 chicken steaks (medium)4 cloves of garlicPepper (to taste)Garlic powder (to taste)Juice of 1 orangeSalt (to taste)2 eggsFlour (to taste)Breadcrumbs (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Season the steaks with the chopped garlic, garlic powder, pepper, salt, orange juice and a little water.
  2. Let it marinate for about 1 hour.
  3. Place the flour in a plate, the beaten eggs in another plate, and the breadcrumbs in another.
  4. First, dip the steaks in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs and fry them in olive oil over low medium heat.
  5. Serve with rice.
