Preparation
- Season the steaks with the chopped garlic, garlic powder, pepper, salt, orange juice and a little water.
- Let it marinate for about 1 hour.
- Place the flour in a plate, the beaten eggs in another plate, and the breadcrumbs in another.
- First, dip the steaks in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs and fry them in olive oil over low medium heat.
- Serve with rice.
