Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 150ºC or 300ºF.
- Place the thawed shrimp in an oven safe pyrex dish and drizzle with the juice of the lemon and olive oil (to taste).
- Add the garlic (chopped), butter, thyme, the 2 chilli peppers and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
