Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 150ºC or 300ºF.
  2. Place the thawed shrimp in an oven safe pyrex dish and drizzle with the juice of the lemon and olive oil (to taste).
  3. Add the garlic (chopped), butter, thyme, the 2 chilli peppers and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
