2 big sheets of puff pastry (store bought)1 small chouriço, cooked and shredded1 boiled egg1 cup of tomato sauceSalt and pepper (to taste)1 egg for brushing

Preparation
- Chop the boiled egg, and mix both the egg and chouriço with the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the pastry sheets into squares (or desired size) and put a little filling inside each square, without it reaching the edges, so that it can be moistened with some water, then join the tips.
- Brush with the beaten egg and bake at 180°C or 350°F until golden brown.
P.S. You can make the filling with any meat or seafood.
