Ingredients

1 large mango, cut into pieces1/2 cup of milk2 tablespoons oil5 eggs2 cups sugar2 cups of flour1 tablespoon baking powder Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Beat the mango, milk, oil and eggs in the blender.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add the sugar, flour, baking powder and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased and sprinkled with flour pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C or 350°F for about 45 minutes.
  4. Unmold and serve with mango slices.
