1 large mango, cut into pieces1/2 cup of milk2 tablespoons oil5 eggs2 cups sugar2 cups of flour1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Beat the mango, milk, oil and eggs in the blender.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add the sugar, flour, baking powder and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased and sprinkled with flour pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C or 350°F for about 45 minutes.
  4. Unmold and serve with mango slices.
