Yogurt and Coconut Cake

Ingredients
4 eggs1 small lemon yogurt5 tablespoons of oil1 and 1/4 cups of sugar3 tablespoons of grated coconut1 and 1/4 cups of flour1 teaspoon of baking powder

Preparation
- Beat the eggs, yogurt, oil, sugar and coconut.
- Add the flour and baking powder and mix well.
- Place the dough in a greased and sprinkled with flour cake pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC or 350ºF (about 40 minutes), do the toothpick test to see if it's cooked.
