Preparation

  1. In a pan, cook the onion and the bacon in cubes with the olive oil for about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring.
  2. Add the tomato pulp and let it boil.
  3. Add the can of beans, piri piri sauce, season with salt and let it boil.
  4. Serve each person with a fried egg on top.
