2 cups of grated coconut 1 cup of sugar 3 egg yolks 1 and 1/2 fluid ounce of Port wine Zest from 1 orange

Preparation
The recipe makes about 20 cupcakes.
- Mix grated coconut, sugar and egg yolks and stir well.
- Add Port wine and the orange zest and mix well.
- Add cupcake paper cups to cupcake pans and add the batter batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC or 350ºF for about 15 to 20 minutes.
