Ingredients

2 cups of grated coconut 1 cup of sugar 3 egg yolks 1 and 1/2 fluid ounce of Port wine Zest from 1 orange
2 cups of grated coconut 1 cup of sugar 3 egg yolks 1 and 1/2 fluid ounce of Port wine Zest from 1 orange
Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

The recipe makes about 20 cupcakes.

  1. Mix grated coconut, sugar and egg yolks and stir well. 
  2. Add Port wine and the orange zest and mix well. 
  3. Add cupcake paper cups to cupcake pans and add the batter batter.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC or 350ºF for about 15 to 20 minutes.
