Ingredients
3 eggs1 cup of sugar1/4 cup of margarine1 and 1/4 cups of flour2 cups of milkZest from 1 lemonPowered sugar (to taste), to garnishCinnamon powder (to taste), to garnishLemon slices (to taste), to garnish

Preparation
- Put the eggs, sugar, margarine, flour, milk and lemon zest in a blender and mix everything well.
- When you get a homogeneous batter, place it in a greased with butter and sprinkled with flour pie pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170ºC or 340ºF until golden brown (about 40 minutes) or to taste.
- Once cold, unmold and sprinkle with the powdered sugar and cinnamon powder and decorate with the lemon slices.
