1 chicken, cut into pieces1/2 lb of bacon, cut into strips1 onion6 cloves of garlic2 ripe tomatoes¾ cup of olive oil½ cup of white wineParsley (to taste)Salt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)

Preparation
- On a baking dish, place the chopped onion cut in half-moon, the chopped garlic cloves, tomatoes without skin and chopped in pieces, chicken, parsley, salt and pepper (to taste), olive oil, white wine and finally the bacon cut into pieces.
- Place in a preheated oven at 210°C or 410°F and bake for about 30 minutes.
